How would “workers” go about choosing an election?
Employee Free Choice Act proponents continue repeating that “workers” would be able to choose whether to hold an election or seek card-check certification.

As we’ve noted before , it seems that only the union would have such a choice. Perhaps someday soon an EFCA proponent will explain exactly how “workers” would go about exercising that choice. In the meantime, we again point to yesterday’s Orange County Register, which quotes two Kaiser Permanente "workers" who report having no choice at all in a recent card-check recognition:
Cheryl Pearce: "Many of us were not even aware the vote was actually taking place."
