ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Richard Hankins is a partner in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Atlanta, Georgia office. He has represented management in labor relations matters for over twenty years. Most of his practice is devoted to developing labor strategies for top U.S. companies.
Arch Galloway is Director of Government Relations in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Washington, DC office. Until early 2007, Mr. Galloway worked for ten years as Senior Defense Policy Advisor for Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL). His work included dealing with civillian labor issues on defense installations. Prior to his work with Senator Sessions, Mr. Galloway was Army Senate Liaison for three years.
Richard Haygood is a partner in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. Mr. Haygood focuses his practice on defending employment discrimination lawsuits, advising employers on complex employment issues and representing management in labor relations matters.
John Loving is a Senior Government Relations Advisor in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Loving worked as a Aide in the office of Senator Robert Bennett (R-Utah) where he handled appropriations in the areas of Labor, Health & Human Services, and Education and Housing and Urban Development. Prior to working in the Senate, Mr. Loving worked as an aide in the offices of Representative Jim Gibbons (R-Nev) and Representative Dick Armey (R-Tex).
